Italian Sausage Trottle: Trottole Pasta with Spicy Italian Sausage (~6oz), Pesto, and Italian spices in a San Marzano sauce topped with Shaved Parmesan Cheese and Toast Points.
Fried Catfish Filet (60z), Skewered Grilled Shrimp(4), Dirty Rice, Hushpuppies. (Grilled Chicken breast available for those allergic)

RENTALS
All deposits are non-refundable. If event is > $1K preferred payment method is Cash or Check. A 3.5% processing fee is added if payment is made with a credit card. Final payment & final guaranteed guest count are due 10 days prior to the event. Any reductions in the event’s figures will not be accepted after the guarantee has been confirmed. If a guarantee is not received, the original attendance figure will be used as the guarantee. If the event is cancelled within ten days of the event date, you will be charged for the full estimated revenue for the event. All charges are subject to 20% service charge and all applicable taxes.
